This Privacy Policy explains how COMERZA (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit comerza-tr.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect
- Contact and quote forms: your name, company, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Direct contact: any information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, our web server automatically records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of the request.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we use your data
- To answer your enquiries, prepare quotations and supply our products (pre-contractual and contractual necessity).
- To send you product news and updates when you have subscribed (your consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
- To keep the website secure and working properly (our legitimate interest).
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as needed:
- Website hosting: BIGBANG Information Technology Solutions, on servers located in Germany.
- Email: Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation), which handles our company email.
- Google Maps: our location map is embedded from Google. When the page loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.
- WhatsApp and LinkedIn: if you click these links, you leave our site and the provider’s own privacy policy applies.
- Public authorities, when we are legally required to disclose data.
Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards permitted by KVKK and the GDPR.
5. Cookies
Our own website does not set cookies for normal visitors. Cookies may be set by the embedded Google Map, as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and customer correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and our business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, and the GDPR where it applies, you have the right to:
- learn whether we process your personal data, and request information about it;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used for that purpose;
- know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion or destruction of your data;
- object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time;
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
